The real estate professional needs to be aware of the lending environment and pull the deal from a lender that starts to show signs of poor management.  Furthermore, if you would rather look closely at sold properties, you only have to go back 8 months to reach absorbtion for the current number of listed properties in Breck.  That means essentially the Breck market has an 8 month inventory.  Where else in the entire country can you show that?  There are a few places.</description>

		<description>Pending home sales mean very little if your buyers can&#039;t get a loan.  I guess you do have a larger selection of buyers paying cash, but how many of these properties are going to fall out of contract due to lack of financing?</description>
