A Taste of Spring in the Summit County Colorado real estate market

We have had a great three days of warmth in Summit County Colorado. I have been out enjoying the spring skiing. The snow is great and we have plenty more to come. Tomorrow comes the historic day of our new president. I look forward to the future of Summit County Real Estate. We have had 22 listing go under contract as of the beginning of the year. I expect by the end of 2009 we will be back to our normal flow. Please visit www.peakonehomes.com for further real estate information. Just a quick thought for the day.

  1. Congratulations on the 22 listing syou did get under contract so far!

I have referred a few families up to Frisco and Breckenridge in the last few months and am glad to have found your blog as a nice resource for the future. I work with luxury homes in the mountains just West of Denver– like Golden, Evergreen, Conifer, etc,– You know, the people who want to live in Summit County but also have to commute to Denver every day! Next time I’ll know where to send my referrals.

Thanks for the comment! Just wanted to clarify on the 22 listing under contract. That was including all Realtor activity in Summit County Since the beginning of the year, wish that was all me. I am glad that my blogs have been helpful. I mainly do them to get traffic to my site http://www.peakonehomes.com . Keep checking back and I would love to help any of your client referrals out.
