Yes, the real estate activity in Summit County is picking up. There are currently 170 properties under contract in Summit County, 50 of those were put under contract from mid February 2009 to now. That’s an average of more than 1 per day. Currently we have about 1700 active listings in our inventory. This includes Single family homes, Duplexes, Town homes, and condos.
