The Frisco community is very down to earth. There are great activities throughout the Summer. There is great accessibility to all of the mountains including the Vail area. Single Family homes and Duplexes in Frisco Colorado are starting at around 500k. You can sometimes find cheaper property. The school system is great and offers excellent activities for the kids.
